Our Founder's Story
After 9.5 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Army, Justin embarked on a new venture with Amazon’s DSP program in 2019. He quickly identified a critical need – a fair, equitable, and efficient scheduling system that respected employees’ time and well-being.
Fueled by his commitment to innovation and efficiency, Justin developed the 2on2off pattern: a simple yet revolutionary approach to scheduling that offers employees two consecutive workdays followed by two days off. This pattern has not only redefined the concept of scheduling in the logistics sector but has also set a new standard for work-life balance.
