Shift Pickup

A Shift Pickup occurs when a driver takes over a scheduled shift from a teammate, increasing their work hours. Managerial approval is required to finalize the process.

Shift Swap

A Shift Swap is when two employees agree to trade shifts with each other. One employee takes the other’s scheduled shift, and in return, the second employee takes the first employee's shift. The swap must be approved by a manager before it’s confirmed.

Shift Giveaway

A Shift Giveaway is when an employee offers up a scheduled shift they no longer want to work, allowing another teammate to take it. The manager approves the trade before it’s finalized.
